Orders

When you place an order, you get an order reference and our payment details. Your order is confirmed once we've received your payment (or, for cash on delivery, once we've accepted it). If a piece turns out to be unavailable or was shown at a wrong price, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid for it.

Prices and payment

On-hand and pre-order pieces

Delivery

We deliver within the Philippines by the option you choose at checkout (see Delivery & payment). Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct: if a parcel can't be delivered because of a wrong address or no one receiving it, the courier's return or re-delivery fees are yours. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us and we'll sort it out with the courier.

Returns and refunds

See our Returns & refunds policy. Nothing in it limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines.

Accounts

An account is optional. If you make one, keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for orders placed with it. We may close accounts used to abuse the shop.

Photos and content

The photos, text and logo on this site belong to us; please don't reuse them without asking. We photograph each piece as faithfully as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Our responsibility

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee or that are outside our control. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Philippine law.

Questions and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. If something goes wrong, please contact us first; we'll do our best to fix it quickly. You can also bring a complaint to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
